Refund Eligibility
At Zircon Zest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided
- Custom-made or personalized items (including zodiac/birthstone necklaces with specific stones) are not eligible for refund unless defective
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the completed return form (provided with your order)
- Ship the package to the address provided in your Return Authorization
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Please note that refunds will be issued minus original shipping charges.
